How long can you store materials on your shelves for our business?

As long as you have an AXIS storefront with us, your products will be readily available to fulfill orders. We will print items on demand or store them on our shelves depending on the material.

How is a fulfillment order placed?

There are 2 ways an order can be placed. 1. You and your team can order materials through the AXIS storefront and 2. End consumers can place an order on your website, you will approve it and push it through to our team to fulfill. Either way, our team is happy to set up a system that makes the most sense for your business needs.

How will I know if I am low on inventory?

We will ask you to set up a “Low Inventory Alert” number when we set your storefront up. When the low level is reached, your team and our fulfillment team will be notified by email to re-stock the items if you choose.
