Questions/Answers
We have never used offset printing before, how should we prepare our files?
Please save a high quality PDF and follow our Prepress File Guidelines. Once we receive your file, our Prepress department will make sure your file is ready for our presses and will notify you if anything needs to be changed at that point.
How will I know if our project will be printing on the web press or sheetfed press, rather than the digital press?
Our digital press is used for smaller run jobs and projects with variable data. Our offset presses are used for large quantities of printed materials and it’s very possible that your specific project might use a combination of digital and offset. Regardless of which method works best for your job, our color accuracy standards and paper type will be consistent and high quality.
I’d love to come and see the printers in action while they are working on my job. Is that possible?
Of course! Work with your Account Manager to schedule a Plant Tour on a day that your specific job is on press or schedule a tour online here.
Can I have a physical proof of my job before the whole job is sent to the press?
Definitely. We will always provide you electronic PDF for approval. For larger jobs, we will usually mail you a physical proof or you’re welcome to visit our plant to check out the proof in person. If you’d like to receive a physical proof, please work with your Account Manager to make sure they get one out to you or schedule a time for you to come in.
